ZERO TO INSIGHT
Empty dashboard? Click Generate Dashboard and Langsat reads your schema, picks the six chart types that best summarize the data — summary KPIs, top-N comparisons, distributions, trends, and a correlation heatmap — and lays them out in a tidy four-column grid.
First time on a project the inference engine warms up for a few seconds with a “Starting inference engine. Please wait…” overlay; after that, every generate is instant.
Need a specific cut? Open the chat panel and type the question (“Show revenue by region last quarter”). Langsat returns a chart spec; you pick which tab to drop it into — an existing dashboard or a new one — via the tab picker.

FOLLOW THE THREAD
On a bar, scatter, or line chart, a single click sets an eq filter on the value you clicked. Every sibling widget on the same tab fades non-matching points to 70% opacity — no full re-render, no re-aggregation, just a near-instant visual filter.
Shift-click extends the selection: a between range for numeric or date columns, an in multi-select for categorical ones. On any map widget (choropleth, scattermapbox, densitymapbox), a double-click zooms +2 levels toward the clicked lat/lon — stacked double-clicks keep zooming, capped at zoom 18.

The bordered card above is the source. The two below show the cascade — non-matching points fade to 70% opacity without a re-aggregation. Shift-click extends the range.
MAKE EACH DASHBOARD YOURS
Themes recolor every chart on the dashboard at once — bar, pie, treemap, map, all of them. Need a chart to read “red = critical, green = good” regardless of theme? Layer conditional formatting on top.
Dashboard theme
Click any theme — the three dashcards on the right recolor in real time. Themes apply to every chart at once and persist per dashboard.

bar — recolors with theme
Revenue by channel
pie — recolors with theme
Spend by department
treemap — recolors with theme
Conditional formatting
Open Conditional formatting from any chart’s dot menu (bar, scatter, pie, donut, treemap, sunburst, funnel, histogram, box) and add a rule with one of six operators:
> >= < <= == between.
Rules apply per chart, never globally — the dashboard theme keeps painting everything else.
“No rules yet. Bars fall through to the dashboard theme.”
The first rule that matches wins; unmatched bars keep the theme’s color. Disable rules entirely with one checkbox — your dashboard reverts to pure theme colors without losing the rules you set up.
Order value vs. ship time
rule: if value > $200 → red
Latency by region
rule: if median > 60ms → red
Revenue by region
rule: if value > 2.5M → red
FROM THE DOT MENU
Every dashcard carries the same dot menu — rewrite its prompt, ask it to explain itself, or download it as a PNG or CSV, all without leaving the dashboard.
Every dashcard remembers the question that made it. Edit the prompt, hit Enter, and it re-runs in place — same tab, refreshed answer.

Not sure what you’re seeing? Explain reads the chart’s axes and a sample of rows, then interprets it in plain English — back in chat, grounded in your data.

FAQ
Ask questions about your data in plain language and Langsat builds interactive dashboards for you — charts, tables, and summaries — in seconds. It's a no-code way to explore, visualize, and understand your data without writing queries or standing up a BI tool.
No. Just describe what you want to see — like 'revenue by region last quarter' — and Langsat generates the chart or table for you. It connects to your data and does the querying behind the scenes, so there's no SQL to write and no dashboard software to set up.
More than a dozen chart types — bar, line, scatter, histogram, heatmap, pie and donut, box plot, funnel, treemap, and maps — plus paginated data tables. Langsat picks a sensible visualization for your question, and you can refine it or ask for a different one.
Yes. Click any bar, point, or map region to drill straight into that segment — Langsat instantly filters to it and re-renders, so you can go from a high-level view down to the detail behind it, all running on your full dataset rather than a sample.
Yes. Export any chart as a high-resolution PNG, or the underlying data as CSV — so you can drop results straight into a deck or report, or share them with your team.
