Credits, quotas, and compute
Three simple meters keep your costs predictable — and your data exploration separate from your training budget.
Included credits
A prepaid monthly balance that pays for model training and running predictions. Paid plans accumulate unused credits and can buy more; the Free plan refreshes each month.
AI assistant allowance
A separate daily allowance for chat questions and AI-generated dashboards — so asking your data questions never touches your training credits.
Inference compute
Larger datasets run predictions on dedicated compute, included on every paid plan and scaling with your tier. You see usage as simple progress bars in your dashboard.
Live per-run training estimates are shown in your dashboard before you commit to any job.
FAQ
Common questions
Do credits roll over?
On paid plans, unused credits accumulate month over month (each batch is valid for 12 months). The Free plan refreshes to 1,000 credits each month with no carry-over.
Can I buy more credits mid-month?
Yes — Pro, Max, and Team can top up any time. Credit packs start at $5, with bonus credits on the larger $25, $100, and $500 packs. The Free plan can’t buy extra credits.
What’s the difference between credits and the AI question limit?
Credits pay for model training and prediction compute. The AI assistant — chat questions and dashboard generation — runs on a separate daily allowance, so exploring your data never eats into your training budget.
Standard vs accelerated compute?
Free and Pro train on standard CPU compute — ideal for tabular and small relational models. Max and Team train on accelerated GPU compute for larger, more complex models. The Team tier uses a premium GPU class for the largest datasets.
How do team seats work?
Team includes a shared team workspace with 10 seats, role-based permissions (owner, admin, editor, viewer), and a shared credit pool. Need more seats? Talk to sales.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted right away. Projects above your new plan are frozen (read-only), and you keep a 90-day recovery window — the same on every plan — to export your data or re-subscribe before anything is permanently removed. While your plan is active, your data stays.
What databases can I connect?
Team supports direct PostgreSQL and MySQL connections with automatic sync. Every plan supports CSV and Parquet uploads.
Can I export a trained model?
No — a trained model can’t be downloaded or exported on any plan. You use your model through the prediction API and dashboards, and you can export chart and query results to CSV at any time.
